Please be informed that the System of Local Pre-Bid EMD Ledger will be migrated to the Global Pre-Bid EMD Ledger. Under the new system, each bidder will be assigned a self-generated fixed Virtual Account Number (VAN). All future payments towards Bid Security and Application Fees must be made using this fixed VAN only.
The migration activity is scheduled to take place between 28-02-2026 and 01-03-2026. During this period, the facility for raising refund requests will remain temporarily disabled.
Bidders are strictly advised not to deposit any funds using old challans generated prior to 28-02-2026 on or after the migration date.
After completion of the migration, bidders may generate and use their allotted fixed Virtual Account Number for all necessary deposits.
