2	2	2	Carefully Cleaning the existing external stone cladding upto approx. 20 meter height by making necessary scaffolding / suitable safe hanging working platform arrangement for all level including preparing and cleaning the surface with clean water (by gravity flow), minor refilling of joints of stone cladding, supplying and applying Silicone based Water Repellent for Exterior Stone Cladded Surfaces of approved make and as specified in the manufacturer specifications such as Masterprotect H 380 of BASF chemicals, or equivalent of M/s Fosroc/ M/s Pidilite/ M/s Choksey or approved make, testing of silicon coating, disposal of debris out of Bank?s premises including all leads and lifts based on the local municipal norms etc.... 3	3	3	Providing and applying one layer of white cement based wall care putty of approved brand such as Birla white wall care putty, J.K. white wall care putty or equivelent manufacturer over the existing painted old wall, ceiling surfaces to prepare the surface by scrapping for making even and smooth all complete for the required performances to the interior surfaces of walls, ceilings, beams, columns, canopies, staircase, lobbies as per manufacturer specifications etc. including by making necessary scaffolding / suitable safe hanging working platform arrangement for all level & height etc. all complete as directed.
4	4	4	Providing and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint ?Apex? of M/s Asian Paints as per manufacturer's specifications or approved equivalent make and approved shades, pattern as desire by the Bank over a coat of primer to interior/exterior walls, ceilings, sunshades, copping etc. as per specifications including making of suitable safe necessary scaffolding / suitable safe hanging working platform arrangement for all level etc. all complete as directed.
5	5	5	Providing and applying two or more coats of first quality matt finish synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and shade to wood work / commercial board surfaces in doors, window shelves, meter box etc. as per specifications, including making of suitable safe necessary scaffolding / suitable safe hanging working platform arrangement for all level etc. all complete as directed.
6	6	6	Providing and applying two or more coats of first quality matt finish synthetic enamel paints of approved make and shade to steel work viz. grills, gates, weld mesh, rolling shutters etc. all as per specifications including including making of suitable safe necessary scaffolding / suitable safe hanging working platform arrangement for all level etc. all complete as directed
7	7	7	Providing, fixing and laying approx. 15-20mm thick Dhaulpur stone of Approx. size 300mmx600mm on wall cladding/dado at all height in matching shade, finish and pattern with existing laided stone on average 20mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1cement:3 coarse sand) backing set in neat cement paste. The rate shall include for carefully dismantling of existing damaged stone dado on wall cladding or fixed on floor, fixing of stone cladding with 2nos. 6mm dia 100mm long plain headed brass nail grouted to the every stone with araldite as per existing manner, grouting joints with white cement mixed with matching shade & colour of pigments, grinding, polishing of exposed surfaces of stone and removing the debris out of the premises, including making of suitable safe necessary scaffolding / suitable safe hanging working platform arrangement for all level etc... 8	8	8	Carefully raking out the damaged portions of joints of the existing stone cladded surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical/manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for repointing, Providing and laying/filling in approx. upto 25mm width and 20 mm depth joint of red sand stone/Dhaulpur stone with Two part Polymer Sulphide Sealant Dr. Fixit Pidiseal PS 41G (Gun Grade) and 42 P (Pouring Grade) matching shade ,finish and pattern with existing joints etc.of required shade to match the surroundings Joint edges should be sound and free from grease or oil contaminations. Fix a masking tape on both sides of joint surface to get neat & clean appearance of joints after application of Sealant. Prime only on two sides of the properly prepared joint surface with Dr. Fixit Pidiprime A by brush and allow it to dry for minimum 20 minutes.... (Please refer the NIT for more details:)
9	9	9	Providing and applying two coats or more of synthetic enamel paint/flat oil paint / Apex paint as required to outer GI pipes, MS steps with stair case to top terrace, brackets of wash basins, electric switchboards and meter boards etc. at all floor exposed CI/AC soil and rain water pipes, gates, hand rails, electric conduit pipes etc. including scrapping, including making of suitable safe necessary scaffolding / suitable safe hanging working platform arrangement for all level etc. all complete as directed. (for measurement and payment, Main office building and Annex building will be considered as 1 Job only)
10	10	10	Providing and fixing in position 6mmdia 100mm long Brass nail to the cladded stone after making a suitable hole to it and fixed with filling the araldite to hole and insert the brass nail with the stone as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
